Each morning our Center for Cartoon Studies Graphic Memoir class, taught by the fantastic Mel Gillman, was given 50 minutes to draw a prompt. Mel would go around advising us on how to push our ideas and make them sing. Here’s some of mine from that workshop! I can’t recommend Mel’s class enough!
